Refund & Exchange Policy

1. A video of the unboxing process must be provided.

 

2. Product exchanges can be made within a maximum of 5 days after the item is received, by informing our Customer Service.

 

3. Products can only be exchanged if the original tags are still intact, and the item has not been worn or washed (physical inspection will be done by our team).

 

4. Exchanges are only applicable for size changes.

 

5. If the desired size is sold out, you may exchange for another model of equal value.

 

6. If the new item is lower in price, no cash refund will be given for the difference.

 

7. If the new item is higher in price, you may pay the difference along with additional shipping fees.
